Updated October 2026 · By DJ Alphire, Oakland CA
From a milestone anniversary to a family reunion with three generations, the job is the same: keep everyone dancing without anyone feeling left out. DJ Alphire builds a custom playlist and do-not-play list with you, reads the crowd, and mixes genres from cumbia and funk to Afrobeats and Top 40.
He hosts as MC in English and Spanish, with Farsi hosting available, for toasts, slideshows and announcements. A self-contained sound rig and dance-floor lighting mean the party works in a hall, a backyard or a restaurant room.
Parties start at $895. Add-ons such as uplighting, a photo booth or extra hours are quoted separately.
