2. Decide how much of the day the DJ covers.
Many couples only think about the reception. If your ceremony is outdoors or in a large room, vows need dedicated sound, which DJ Alphire offers as an add-on. 3. Match the DJ to your guest list.
Ask whether your MC can host in the languages your family speaks and whether the DJ has real experience with the music your guests expect. 4. Check venue logistics early.
- Two dedicated 15 A / 120 V circuits (audio and lighting)
- Loading dock or ground-level access, if possible
- Setup takes about 60-90 minutes and breakdown 45-60 minutes
- Footprint of roughly 10 ft x 6 ft plus stands
- Sound curfew and any rules on lasers (two fixtures contain Class 3R lasers)
- Certificate of insurance requirements, available on request
